What is up everybody! Welcome to WELIFTBIG, and welcome to 2021! I am so STOKED to be back behind the mic!!

To bring in the new year I want to share with you my mission to compete in multiple bodybuilding shows this year! Since this journey will be the bulk of my social media posts, I want to provide some context as to what a bodybuilding show is, a very brief history of bodybuilding, and my own experience with competing in a prior show, and what got me into bodybuilding in the first place! 

I lay out all the personal stuff that has brought me to where I am today, I share what I am most excited about, what I’m the most afraid of, it's all in this episode!!
